Creates the Women's Suffrage Centennial Commission adjunct to the Department of State to ensure a suitable statewide observance of the centennial of women's suffrage in 2020.

Commission composition includes the Governor-appointed chair, Secretary of State or designee, director of Division of Historical Resources, 2 state senators, 2 state representatives, women's history scholar, Florida Historical Commission member, 4 members from Commission on Status of Women, Florida Women's Hall of Fame member, League of Women Voters representative, historian, National Council of Negro Women representative, and 2 citizen members.

Commission duties include advising on commemorative programs, facilitating statewide suffrage-related activities, encouraging organizational participation while recognizing racial disparities in voting rights for women of color, coordinating scholarly research distribution, and coordinating with Department of Education regarding public school commemoration.

Commission shall develop a statewide public awareness campaign through public service announcements, outdoor advertising, and website; may establish a volunteer youth working group composed of Florida residents ages 15-30 who identify as women and have interest in history.

Division of Historical Resources provides administrative and staff support; commission expires December 31, 2020.
