Revises science credit requirements for high school graduation from three credits to allow computer science credits to substitute for one science credit (except Biology I) if the student earns an industry certification or completes a computer science course identified in s. 1007.2616.

Removes the provision allowing one computer science credit plus related industry certifications to count as equivalent to one science credit or one mathematics credit requirement.

Authorizes school districts and consortiums to apply to the Department of Education for funding to provide professional development and training for teachers to teach computer science courses and content.

Increases the number of allowable CAPE Digital Tool certificates from 15 to 30 annually, covering areas such as word processing, spreadsheets, digital arts, cybersecurity, and coding for elementary and middle school students.

Reenacts multiple related statutes (ss. 1002.20, 1002.3105, 1003.4281, 1003.4285, 1003.49, 1004.935, 1006.15, 1007.271, 1008.25, 1009.531, and 1009.893) to incorporate the amendments to graduation requirements; effective July 1, 2019.
