Creates s. 775.216, F.S., establishing work restrictions for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses against victims under 16 years of age.

Prohibits individuals convicted of rape, lewd conduct, child abuse, online enticement, or obscene material distribution from performing any unsupervised paid or voluntary work at dwelling units, premises, schools, child care facilities, parks, or playgrounds.

Establishes criminal penalties: third-degree felony if original conviction was first-degree felony or higher; first-degree misdemeanor if original conviction was second or third-degree felony.

Applies to persons convicted of similar offenses in other jurisdictions regardless of whether adjudication was withheld, with exceptions for those removed from sexual offender/predator registration requirements.

Takes effect October 1, 2019, applying only to offenses occurring on or after that date.
