Creates public records exemption for information identifying minors petitioning circuit court for judicial waiver of parental consent requirements under the Parental Consent for Abortion Act.

Designates such information as confidential and exempt from public disclosure when held by circuit courts, appellate courts, criminal conflict and civil regional counsel offices, or the Justice Administrative Commission.

Provides exemption based on public necessity findings that disclosure could harm minors' reputations, jeopardize safety in abuse cases, and violate constitutional privacy rights.

Subjects exemption to Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect contingent on SB 1774 or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law.
