Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former commissioners and commission investigators of the Florida Commission on Offender Review from public records requirements.

Exempts names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, photographs, and places of employment of spouses and children of Commission on Offender Review personnel, as well as names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children.

Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of birth of school administrators as defined in section 1012.01(3)(c) from public records requirements, along with similar information for their spouses and children.

Both exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Establishes that the exemptions protect these personnel from potential physical and emotional harm due to their enforcement and decision-making roles affecting parole decisions, student discipline, and school operations.
