Urges Congress to immediately pass a federal supplemental appropriations package for disaster relief and recovery following Hurricane Michael, which made landfall on October 10, 2018, as a Category 4 hurricane near Mexico Beach, Florida

Hurricane Michael damaged or destroyed more than 144,000 insured homes in Florida, resulting in over $6 billion in property insurance claims and approximately $1.5 billion in agricultural losses

Eighteen Florida Panhandle counties were impacted, including Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Suwannee, Taylor, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington Counties

Many residents remain without permanent housing, and local hospitals, schools, and community facilities continue struggling to restore full services

Directs the Secretary of State to send copies of this resolution to the President, the U.S. Senate President, the U.S. House Speaker, and all members of Florida's congressional delegation
