Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2019 for a public records exemption protecting personal information of certain Department of Health personnel

Exemption covers home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former Department of Health personnel whose duties include determining social security disability benefits eligibility, investigating complaints against health care practitioners, or inspecting licensed health care practitioners and facilities

Extends the same protections to spouses and children of covered personnel, including their names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and school/day care locations

Makes the existing exemption permanent by removing the Open Government Sunset Review Act repeal provision that would have required legislative reenactment

Takes effect October 1, 2019
