Implements Amendment 9 (2018) by expanding Florida's Clean Indoor Air Act to prohibit vaping in enclosed indoor workplaces, in addition to the existing tobacco smoking prohibition

Defines "vaping" as inhaling or exhaling vapor from electronic devices, and "vapor-generating electronic device" to include e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, and similar products

Establishes exceptions allowing vaping in private residences, retail vape shops, designated hotel guest rooms, stand-alone bars, customs smoking rooms, and approved cessation/research programs

Prohibits persons under 18 from vaping within 1,000 feet of schools between 6 a.m. and midnight, with civil penalties up to $25 or 50 hours of community service

Preserves local government authority to adopt more restrictive ordinances on vapor-generating devices, while tobacco smoking regulation remains preempted to the state
