• Extends the scheduled repeal date for the Florida Beef Council, Inc. direct-support organization from October 1, 2019 to October 1, 2024.

• Abrogates the scheduled repeal of direct-support organization provisions relating to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, making those provisions permanent.

• Effective date is July 1, 2019.
