Creates section 456.4502 of Florida Statutes to establish public records and meetings exemptions related to the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Exempts physicians' personal identifying information (other than name, licensure status, or licensure number) obtained from the compact's coordinated information system from public records disclosure, unless the originating state authorizes release.

Allows closed meetings of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission if two-thirds of commissioners vote to close them when discussing personnel practices, trade secrets, criminal accusations, personal privacy matters, law enforcement records, or civil litigation.

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed commission meetings from public records disclosure requirements.

Automatically repeals the exemptions on October 2, 2024, unless the Legislature reenacts the law; effective date is contingent on passage of SB 7078 or similar legislation.
