Specifies that criminal intelligence information, investigative information, surveillance techniques, and other law enforcement data obtained by the Consumer Fraud, Identity Theft, and Skimmer Working Group retains its exempt or confidential status when held by the working group.

Exempts portions of working group meetings where exempt or confidential law enforcement information is discussed from public meetings requirements under Florida Statutes section 286.011 and Article I, Section 24(b) of the State Constitution.

Requires that Subsections (5) and (6) stand repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Establishes public necessity findings that maintaining exemptions prevents disclosure of sensitive law enforcement information and victim data, protects ongoing criminal investigations, and preserves coordination among working group parties.

Takes effect on the same date that SB 1652 or similar legislation takes effect, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
