Amends Florida Statute 768.042 to require that evidence of medical expenses in personal injury claims be based on usual and customary amounts actually received by service providers for same or similar services in the community

Prohibits evidence of increased or additional charges based on the outcome of litigation from being included in usual and customary amounts

Requires that when a claimant has public or private health insurance or governmental health coverage, the amounts paid or payable under that coverage must be considered the usual and customary amounts

Deletes an obsolete provision exempting complaints filed prior to May 20, 1975
