Reduces civil penalty for failure to stop for a school bus from $200 to $100 minimum penalty under Florida Statute 316.172(1)(a).

Reduces civil penalty for passing a school bus on the side where children enter and exit from $400 to $200 minimum penalty under Florida Statute 316.172(1)(b).

Shortens driver license suspension for second or subsequent failure to stop offense within 5 years from 180 days to 90 days minimum and from 1 year to 6 months maximum.

Shortens driver license suspension for second or subsequent passing offense within 5 years from 360 days to 180 days minimum and from 2 years to 1 year maximum.

Takes effect January 1, 2021.
