Authorizes the Governor to approve workforce training grants to charter schools that exclusively offer the Career and Technical Education graduation pathway option under the Florida Job Growth Grant Fund.

Amends section 288.101, Florida Statutes, to add workforce training grants as an eligible use of the Florida Job Growth Grant Fund for qualifying charter schools.

Amends section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, to authorize charter schools that exclusively offer Career and Technical Education graduation pathways to apply for workforce training grants under section 288.101.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020.
