Reduces monthly salary incentive payments for full-time law enforcement officers with a community college degree from $70 to $30, with a bachelor's degree from $120 to $50, and adjusts career development training payments from $285 to $120 per month.

Lowers the maximum aggregate monthly incentive payment any officer may receive from $310 to $130 per month.

Establishes automatic annual inflation adjustments beginning January 1, 2021, based on the Consumer Price Index compared to the base year average of September 1990, rounded to the nearest dollar.

Requires the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commission to notify the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and employing agencies of revised payment amounts by January 31 each year, with adjustments taking effect July 1.

Applies amendments to pay periods beginning July 1, 2020, with no retroactive compensation for earlier pay periods.
