Adds "the dangers and signs of human trafficking" as a required topic in Florida public school comprehensive health education curriculum.

Requires human trafficking education in grades 7-12 to include warning signs of trafficking, terms used by traffickers, red flags indicating trafficker intent, popular trafficking websites, and resources for students to get help.

Allows students to opt out of human trafficking instruction by providing schools with a written note from a parent.

Directs the Department of Legal Affairs to develop human trafficking awareness campaigns targeting children and vulnerable populations, including information on trafficker approaches, warning signs, and reportable behaviors.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
