Excludes sensory deprivation tanks used exclusively for flotation therapy from the definition of "public swimming pool" or "public pool" under Florida Statutes section 514.011.

Exempts sensory deprivation tanks used exclusively for flotation therapy from regulation by the Department of Health as a public pool under section 514.0115.

Updates a cross-reference in section 553.77 to reflect the renumbering of exemptions from subsection (7) to subsection (8).

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
