Requires health insurance policies covering family members on an expense-incurred basis to provide coverage for hearing aids prescribed, fitted, and dispensed by a licensed audiologist for insured children.

Mandates minimum coverage of $3,500 per ear within a 24-month period, with a new 24-month period beginning if the child experiences a significant and unexpected hearing change requiring new hearing aids and alterations to existing aids cannot meet their needs.

Specifies that the insured is responsible for costs exceeding the policy's coverage amount for hearing aids and related services.

Applies to policies issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2021, with an effective date of January 1, 2021.
