Creates public records exemption for home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former emergency room health care practitioners

Extends exemption to names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment of spouses and children of emergency room health care practitioners, plus names and locations of their children's schools and day care facilities

Defines "emergency room health care practitioner" as physicians, physician assistants (chapters 458-459), advanced practice registered nurses, registered nurses, or licensed practical nurses (chapter 464), or any other licensed health care personnel working in hospital emergency departments

Exemption subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by Legislature

Justifies exemption based on emergency room practitioners' vulnerability to violence, harassment, and intimidation from patients or patient relatives, finding the harm from disclosure outweighs public benefit
