Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article IX, Section 4 and creates a new section in Article XII of the Florida Constitution to impose term limits on district school board members.

Prohibits school board members from appearing on the ballot for reelection if they will have served eight consecutive years in that office by the end of their current term.

Service in terms of office that commenced before November 3, 2020, does not count toward the eight-year consecutive service limitation.

Amendment requires voter approval at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law.

Ballot language summarizes the amendment as limiting school board member terms by preventing incumbents who have held office for eight years from seeking reelection.
