Creates section 901.015 to prohibit law enforcement agencies, correctional institutions, and specified officers from complying with immigration detainers or nonjudicial immigration warrants unless presented with a federal warrant or court order.

Prohibits stops, arrests, searches, detentions, or continued detentions of individuals solely based on citizenship or immigration status.

Provides immunity from civil or criminal liability for agencies and officers acting in good faith under this section, except in cases of willful or wanton misconduct.

Requires all law enforcement agencies and correctional institutions to provide guidance and support to their officers by October 1, 2020, to ensure compliance with the new restrictions.

Repeals Chapter 908, Florida Statutes, relating to federal immigration enforcement, effective July 1, 2020; section 901.015 effective October 1, 2020.
