Eliminates the statute of limitations period for civil actions related to sexual battery offenses involving victims under age 16 at the time of the offense, allowing such actions to be commenced at any time.

Eliminates the statute of limitations period for civil actions related to multiple sexual offenses including lewd and lascivious acts, child abuse, child sexual abuse material offenses, and related crimes, allowing such actions to be commenced at any time.

Applies to actions that would not have been time-barred on or before July 1, 2010 for victims under age 16, and on or before July 1, 2020 for other covered offenses.

Takes effect on July 1, 2020.
