Amends the definition of "physical education" in Florida law to explicitly include hunter safety education as an optional component if included in a district school board's physical education program.

Authorizes each district school board to voluntarily include hunter safety education in its physical education program.

Requires the State Board of Education, in consultation with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, to establish standards and requirements for hunter safety education programs through administrative rule.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
