Amends Florida Statutes section 320.08056 to establish a uniform annual use fee of $25 for specialty license plates, unless a different fee amount is otherwise specified for a particular plate.

Applies the $25 annual fee to any specialty license plate that is required to be developed under section 320.08058.

Maintains existing provisions requiring all fees and service charges to be paid when requesting a specialty license plate, whether at the beginning of a registration period or during a registration period.

Takes effect October 1, 2020.
