Reduces the maximum estimated construction cost for continuing contracts with construction management or program management entities from $4 million to $2 million per individual project under s. 255.103, F.S.

Lowers the maximum estimated construction cost threshold for professional architectural, engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying and mapping services continuing contracts from $4 million to $2 million per individual project under s. 287.055, F.S.

Reduces the maximum fee for professional services in study activities from $500,000 to $200,000 for each individual study under continuing contracts for professional services.

Firms providing professional services under continuing contracts remain exempt from bidding against one another.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
