Amends section 1003.05 to grant preferential enrollment treatment to students whose parent is transferred to a military installation within Florida while on active military duty, once the official military order is submitted to the school district.

Modifies section 1008.34 to include students who earned a Category II Armed Forces Qualification Test score or higher on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) in the calculation of high school grades beginning with the 2021-2022 school year.

Allows ASVAB scores to count toward college and career credit eligibility metrics used in state school grading systems, alongside Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, dual enrollment, and national industry certifications.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
