• Creates the Florida Complete Count Committee adjunct to the Department of State to develop and implement a census outreach strategy for the 2020 federal decennial census.

• Committee membership includes legislative leaders, local government representatives, minority and business organizations, faith-based and Native American community representatives, and designated state officials.

• Requires each state agency to designate a census coordinator to cooperate with the committee on outreach efforts.

• Committee must submit recommendations for census outreach strategy to the Governor and legislative leaders by June 30, 2020, and a final report detailing results by August 31, 2021.
