Department of Education required to adopt native language versions of school readiness screeners, prekindergarten assessments, and kindergarten readiness screeners beginning with the two most prevalent languages among English language learners

School districts must administer native language versions of statewide standardized assessments and end-of-course exams to English language learners, with parents of students in grades PreK-5 determining appropriateness and students in grades 6-12 able to choose for themselves
