Repeals container size limitations for individual wine and cider containers under Florida law

Authorizes craft distilleries to ship distilled spirits to out-of-state consumers for personal use, provided shipments comply with destination state laws

Allows the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue vendor's licenses to distilleries for on-premises alcohol sales, even if the distillery also holds a distributor license
