Adds "height" and "weight" as protected classes under the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, alongside existing protections for race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, and marital status

Prohibits discrimination based on height or weight in employment practices, including hiring, firing, compensation, job classification, and membership in labor organizations

Extends height and weight protections to public accommodations, public lodging establishments, and food service establishments

Allows an exception where height or weight is a bona fide occupational qualification reasonably necessary for job performance
