Expands harassment protections for hunters, trappers, and fishers to cover all public lands, publicly or privately owned wildlife/fish management areas, and public waters (previously limited to state-owned water bodies)

Increases the maximum number of free fishing days the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission may designate from 4 to 6 days per year for both freshwater and saltwater fishing

Adds green iguanas and tegu lizards to the list of prohibited reptiles that cannot be kept, possessed, imported, sold, bartered, traded, or bred in Florida, except for educational, research, eradication, or control purposes

Grandfathers licensed commercial dealers who had documented inventory of green iguanas or tegu lizards on a Class III captive wildlife license in 2019, allowing them to continue exhibiting, selling, or breeding these species commercially, but only for sale outside the state

Requires the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to adopt rules for reporting requirements, biosecurity measures, and grandfather provisions for current owners of green iguanas and tegu lizards
