Adds voluntary $1 or more contribution option on driver license and ID card applications for "Childhood Cancer Care," with funds distributed to the Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation

Authorizes persons with developmental disabilities (as defined in s. 393.063) to request a capital letter "D" displayed on their driver license upon presenting physician documentation

Parents or legal guardians may request the "D" designation be added or removed from a child's or ward's license at any time before renewal by surrendering the current license

Replacement licenses with the "D" added or removed may be issued without the standard replacement fee if no other transaction is being conducted
