Creates the Greyhound Racing Compensation Trust Fund within the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to compensate those in the greyhound racing industry who suffered economic harm from the prohibition on greyhound racing and wagering

Fund receives money from the greyhound racing compensation tax and from funds received pursuant to s. 550.914(3)

Fund balances carry forward at the end of each fiscal year rather than reverting to general revenue

Trust fund terminates on July 1, 2024, unless renewed, with mandatory review before termination as required by the State Constitution

Effective date contingent on passage of HB 803 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
