Exempts from public records requirements portions of state agency records containing network schematics, hardware and software configurations, encryption details, and security incident detection/investigation/response practices

Exempts from public meetings requirements portions of meetings that would reveal confidential IT security information, with mandatory recording and transcription of exempt portions

Makes risk assessments, evaluations, external audits, and security program reports confidential and exempt if disclosure would facilitate unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of data or IT resources

Extends the Open Government Sunset Review Act repeal date from October 2, 2021 to October 2, 2025 for these exemptions

Exempted records remain available to the Auditor General, Division of State Technology, Cybercrime Office of FDLE, and Chief Inspector General, and may be shared with local governments or federal agencies for security purposes
