Adds "height" and "weight" to the list of protected characteristics for which discrimination complaints held by state agencies are exempt from public records requirements under s. 119.071, F.S.

Extends the same public records exemption to discrimination complaints based on height or weight held by local government units under s. 119.0713, F.S.

Exemption applies until a probable cause finding is made, the investigation becomes inactive, or the complaint becomes part of an official hearing or court record.

Legislature justifies the exemption as necessary to protect complainants' privacy and encourage filing of discrimination complaints.

Effective date is contingent on passage of HB 635 or similar legislation in the same legislative session.
