Amends Florida Statute 790.33 to create a new exception to the state's preemption of local firearm and ammunition regulations

Counties, municipalities, agencies, districts, and other local government entities may adopt ordinances regulating the sale of firearms or ammunition on property they own

Preserves existing exceptions allowing courts to hear firearm-related cases and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to regulate firearms for wildlife taking and shooting ranges

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
