Exempts from public records requirements the home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current and former commissioners and certain personnel of the Florida Commission on Offender Review (formerly Florida Parole Commission)

Covered personnel includes those whose duties involve investigating, holding hearings, and making findings regarding violations of conditions of release

Extends exemption to names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment of spouses and children of covered commissioners and personnel, plus names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will stand repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature
