Preemployment transition services (job exploration counseling, work-based learning, workplace readiness training, self-advocacy instruction) must be provided to students with disabilities ages 14-21 who have an IEP or qualify under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation must provide services within 90 days of receiving consent, and must complete individualized employment plans within 90 days of eligibility determination

Annual performance reports to the Governor and Legislature must now include transition services data, matching fund sources, and timeframes for eligibility determinations by service area

Division must enter formal interagency agreements with the state education agency and work with local school districts to coordinate referrals and attend IEP meetings for students with disabilities

Florida Endowment Foundation administrative costs capped at 15% of actual expenditures and must be funded solely from private sources beginning fiscal year 2021-2022
