Removes motor vehicle dealers providing temporary replacement vehicles (up to 10 days) from the definition of "rental company" under Florida's minimum insurance requirements statute (s. 324.021, F.S.)

Grants motor vehicle dealers and their leasing/rental affiliates immunity from vicarious liability under Florida's dangerous instrumentality doctrine when providing temporary replacement vehicles to service customers at no charge or reasonable daily charge

Requires dealers to execute a written rental agreement and obtain the customer's driver license and insurance information showing minimum state coverage to qualify for liability protection

Protection remains in effect even if the customer's license or insurance information later proves false, unless the dealer had actual knowledge at the time of the transaction
