Requires sexual predators and offenders to report vehicle ownership changes, electronic mail addresses, Internet identifiers, phone numbers, and employment information within 48 hours of any change

Mandates sexual predators and offenders planning international travel to report at least 21 days in advance and provide flight numbers, airports, and cruise ports of both departure and return
