Creates the Nature Coast Aquatic Preserve under Section 258.3991, Florida Statutes, encompassing state-owned submerged lands along the coastlines of Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco Counties

Designates the preserve for inclusion in Florida's aquatic preserve system under the Florida Aquatic Preserve Act of 1975 and as an Outstanding Florida Water

Preserve boundaries extend from Fort Island Gulf Beach Park south to the Pinellas County Aquatic Preserve and north to the Big Bend Seagrasses Aquatic Preserve, excluding artificial waterways, canals, inland rivers, and tributaries

Does not impose additional permitting requirements for county or state projects funded under the RESTORE Act (Gulf Coast Act of 2012)
