Establishes the Statewide Office of Resiliency within the Executive Office of the Governor, headed by a Chief Resilience Officer appointed by the Governor

Creates the Statewide Sea-Level Rise Task Force to develop consensus projections of anticipated sea-level rise and flooding impacts along Florida's coastline

Task force membership includes the Chief Resilience Officer (chair), DEP Chief Science Officer (vice chair), legislative appointees, and representatives from five state agencies including Transportation, Emergency Management, and Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission

Task force must submit recommended baseline projections to the Environmental Regulation Commission by January 1, 2021; once adopted, projections become the official state estimate for developing future state projects, plans, and programs

Appropriates $500,000 in nonrecurring General Revenue funds to DEP for task force contracts and administrative expenses; task force provisions sunset July 1, 2023
