Establishes criminal background check disqualification periods for funeral, cemetery, and consumer services licensees: permanent bar for first-degree felonies, capital felonies, and felony money laundering/embezzlement; 10-year bar for other moral turpitude felonies; 5-year bar for other felonies and financial services-related misdemeanors
