Manufacturers with vendor's licenses may sell, transport, and deliver malt beverages directly to vendors in containers of 5.16, 7.75, or 15.5 gallons, provided they produce 60,000 barrels or fewer annually and have no franchise agreement with a distributor

Reduces distributor warehouse inventory requirements from 10% to 5% of annual sales and minimum inventory cost from $100,000 to $50,000; lowers threshold for sales to licensed vendors from 25% to 10%

Authorizes brand-naming rights agreements between malt beverage manufacturers/importers and vendors operating theme parks with at least 25 contiguous acres and 1 million annual visitors, with civil penalties up to $25,000 for first violations and $100,000 for second violations within 36 months

Permits manufacturers to terminate distributor contracts with 120 days' written notice if sales to that distributor represent 5% or less of the distributor's total alcoholic beverage sales in the prior calendar year

Defines "manufacturer" under franchise law as any entity producing more than 60,000 barrels of malt beverage annually or importing beer for distribution to Florida-licensed distributors
