Creates the Pari-mutuel Site Redevelopment Trust Fund within the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Pari-mutuel Site Redevelopment and Job Creation Program under s. 288.1098, Florida Statutes

Trust fund will consist of funds from legislative appropriations as provided in s. 288.1098

Department of Economic Opportunity will administer the trust fund

Trust fund is scheduled to terminate on July 1, 2024, unless terminated sooner, with required review before termination under s. 215.3206(1) and (2)

Act takes effect contingent on HB 1195 or similar legislation being enacted in the same legislative session and becoming law
