Physicians' personal identifying information obtained from the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact's coordinated information system is exempt from public records requirements, except for name, licensure status, and licensure number

Meetings of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission may be closed to the public when discussing internal personnel practices, trade secrets, criminal accusations, personal privacy matters, law enforcement records, or pending litigation

Recordings, minutes, and records generated during exempt Commission meetings are also exempt from public records requirements

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be repealed on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date is contingent on passage of HB 1143 or similar legislation adopting the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
