Agency for Health Care Administration must publish an annual report by July 1 identifying health care services with the most significant price variation statewide and regionally

Expands the definition of "shoppable health care service" to include any additional services identified in the agency's price variation report

Health insurers and HMOs offering shared savings incentive programs may now reward insureds directly with cash or cash equivalents, in addition to existing options like premium reductions or credits to FSA/HSA/HRA accounts

Removes the requirement that shared savings incentive payments not constitute income to the insured

Effective date: January 1, 2021
