Exempts from public meeting requirements any portion of Prescription Drug Affordability Commission meetings where trade secret information is discussed

Makes records and transcripts from closed meeting portions confidential and exempt from public records requirements, except for final recommendations or votes

Requires the commission to establish parameters for designating trade secrets, including special consideration for drugs not yet on the market

Information in prescription drug price notices or cost reviews designated as trade secrets by the commission is confidential and exempt from public records requests

Exemptions are subject to Open Government Sunset Review and automatically repeal on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature
