Expands the definition of "line-make vehicle" to include vehicles offered through retail sale, lease, license, subscription, or any other distribution method under a common brand name, and prohibits manufacturers from selling franchised vehicle models except through their franchised dealers

Prohibits motor vehicle manufacturers, importers, and distributors from competing with their franchised dealers in vehicle sales, service, replacement parts, accessories, after-market products, collision repair, or any other dealer activity related to the franchised line-make

Broadly defines "sale" to include leasing, rental, licensing, subscription, or any transfer of title, possession, or use to retail consumers, wholesalers, or brokers

Allows manufacturers' common entities to sell replacement parts, accessories, or after-market products under their own brand name
