Authorizes the Department of Corrections to grant a one-time award of 60 additional days of incentive gain-time to inmates who complete a prison entrepreneurship program, high school equivalency diploma, or vocational certificate

Requires courts to impose sentences below statutory minimums for drug trafficking offenses when defendants meet specific criteria: no prior dangerous crime convictions, no violence or weapons used, no death or serious injury resulted, not part of a continuing criminal enterprise, and cooperation with providing information to the state

Excludes inmates convicted of dangerous crimes or sexual offenses from receiving gain-time that would reduce their sentence below 85% of the time imposed

Requires the Department of Corrections to include all probation conditions in the Florida Crime Information Center system
